Ready for Start-Up Consulting provides independent commissioning, start-up, SIMOPS and project-management consulting for LNG, Oil & Gas and Nuclear projects. Our pricing reflects the value of independent, owner-side assurance — oversight that is truly impartial, built on decades at the world's most demanding facilities.

All rates are for independent consultancy services — oversight, strategy and assurance, not manpower supply. Fixed-fee packages are scoped and quoted per engagement. Geographic multipliers apply to day rates and retainers for on-site work. Retainers are invoiced monthly and include a defined scope of advisory hours per month.

Day Rates

Daily rates apply to targeted consulting engagements, troubleshooting, and on-site advisory work. The appropriate rate is determined by the urgency and risk profile of the engagement.

Fixed-Fee Audit Packages

Fixed-fee packages are scoped and quoted per engagement. Each includes a defined deliverable set, project management, and a written report with actionable findings.
